Vintage 1977

So I was out shopping one day and I come across this awesome vintage outfit from the 70’s. I just had to get it! It’s oooooh so sexy!! 

My life was just starting in the 70’s. I was born in 1970 so I didn’t get to be a teenager during that decade. I was 9 by the time the 70’s ended. I do remember wearing bell bottoms, but they were ugly plaid. lol What I would have given to be a teenager or older at the time. I love these kinds of outfits! Don’t get me wrong, I loved the 80’s, especially the music! I just like some of the clothes of the 70’s.

All Hail The Ginger

I’ve dyed my hair for this post! This hair from No_Match looked better in red on me and I had to do a post wearing it! I’m a ginger in RL and so tired of it, so I do blonde in SL. I really love this hair and this outfit!! I had a lot of fun shopping in SL yesterday. I bought lots of goodies! I’ve Still Got Style

I’m back and I’ve still got style baby!!

It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve blogged. I started blogging for designers instead of blogging for myself and I didn’t find it fun anymore, so stopped. Now I am back to blogging for myself. I don’t need sponsors. Whatever I feel like wearing, I will blog if I choose to. So I hope you will stick with me as this will probably not be an every day thing. But I will try to blog as often as RL will let me. (I have a grandbaby that takes up a lot of my time.) So much new has been going on in SL the past 3 years! FALLing In Love With Ploom

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year when the leaves are changing colors and falling on the ground. You can smell Fall in the air, the scent of pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Wearing sweaters and boots, taking long walks on a cool Fall night. It can be a romantic time.

Today I am sharing with you two hairstyles from Ploom that Helyanwe has out at Fantasy Gacha this round called Mystic. There are two versions of this beautiful hair, one with bangs and one without. There is a headband which is colorable with the hud. I love the waves and curls in this hair! Version 2 comes with the bald bases that have the little curls flowing down your forehead. Check out the Fantasy Gacha before it ends!

Who Doesn’t Love New Hair

Ploom has done it again with the two new hairstyles they have come out with today. I am in love with both of them. If you haven’t checked them out yet, then do so now. You won’t regret it. Teleport to Ploom now to try out the demos. 🙂 Helyanwe has also put out some of her old brand called Deviant Kitties on sale. She says that you can click a teleporter near the landing point that will take you there. I remember buying lots of Deviant Kitties hair back in the day. It would be nice if she redid some of them in mesh. *hint hint*

The first hair I am going to show you is called Brooke. It is a lovely and cute updo. I am always on the lookout for great updos and this one I absolutely love! This hair could go with just about anything. I decided to try it out with a casual outfit that I put together. It looked perfect together if I do say so myself. Why don’t you be the judge.

        

The next hair I have to show you is a cute ponytail type called Pea V2. It has two pigtails and then comes together in the back at the bottom with a ponytail holder holding it together. The ponytail holders are color change with the texture HUD that comes with the color hair you choose. Perfect for any casual outfit as you can see in the photos below. 🙂

No Such Thing As Too Much Hair

Hi there! Bet you thought I had vanished. hehe Sorry that I haven’t been blogging much lately, but I haven’t really had the time. Been busy with other things and RL. I will blog when I can though.

It’s that time of year again. I hope you have been saving your lindens because the Hair Fair 2014 is here!!! It starts tonight at midnight! But don’t worry, you have from July 12th until July 27th to get the hair you want. If you haven’t done so, join the Hair Fair Demo Group in-world to get all the demos to try before you go. Search Hair Fair DEMO Group or click here. That will save you a lot of time so that you don’t have to worry about the lag and have to wait for a hair demo to rez. I join it every year. I leave it when the Hair Fair ends and then rejoin at the beginning of July. The Hair Fair is an event to raise money for Wigs for Kids in RL. So this is for a very good cause. The Earth Laughs In Flowers

After the dreary, rainy, and stormy day yesterday, today is beautiful! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the bees are swarming around the pretty sweet flowers. Hope everyone’s day is just as beautiful as mine!

Today I am sharing with you two items, a top and shorts from PC, which is perfect for the summer time. Summer is almost upon us, even though we have been having summer temps for a couple of weeks now, which means busy time of year for us here. But that isn’t going to keep me from blogging SL fashion, which is one of my passions in SL. This top from PC has fringe hanging on the bottom and comes with a texture changing hud with 20, yes I said 20, different textures to choose from. The shorts are unbuttoned in the front and have that sexy look that I thought went perfect with the sexy fringe top. The shorts come with a texture change hud with 6 textures to choose from.
